Two Phase Separator 3.0.4

This application is the practical outcome of a PhD research project that focused on optimizing the design of multiphase separators. Throughout this research, the widely used sizing method by Svrcek-Monnery was enhanced to incorporate oilfield phase separation data and results from Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations. The "Two Phase Separator" app offers detailed outputs for established conventional methods such as GPSA, York Demister, Theoretical, as well as the innovative Realistic-CFD approach. It is important to note that conventional methods often lead to oversized separators due to their conservative nature. Conversely, the Realistic-CFD approach suggests more cost-effective separators that effectively carry out the separation process.
